Before property is removed or disposed of, the customer must represent that they have authority to authorize the requested service.
For estate work, All Set Ready To Go may require confirmation that the customer is the owner, personal representative, executor, authorized family representative, or otherwise authorized to direct disposition.
All Set Ready To Go does not resolve family ownership disputes. Potentially valuable, sensitive, legally restricted or disputed property should be identified before removal.
